- Product Search: Use our advanced search options to find the product you need. If you have a Part Number, use our Cross Reference search tool to find the matching product. Or search by Make, Model, Year to quickly locate compatible products.
- Product Details: Click on a product to access detailed Product image, supplementary Product image (when available), Gallery image of Included Accessories (when available), comprehensive Product specifications, Warranty information, Available Inventory by Warehouse Location, and Pricing (when logged in) to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase.
- Live Inventory: With our advanced system, you can see real-time inventory levels from multiple warehouses. No more guessing if the product is in stock!
- Pricing: After setting up a User Account, you can see MSRP (Retail Price). Allow for up to 24 hours for your User Account to be reviewed and pricing updated (when applicable for Dura-Lite Distributors). Dura-Lite Distributors who order through a corporate program, will only see pricing through your corporate system.
- Add to Cart: Once you've found what you're looking for, simply click ADD TO CART. If you would like to order Products from multiple locations, please complete separate orders.
- Review and Checkout: Review your order in the SHOPPING CART, make any necessary adjustments, and proceed through the Checkout.
- Live Shipping Rates: Our system connects to our shipping companies to get live shipping rates, ensuring you receive the most competitive shipping price. Free or subsidized shipping is also offered on orders of $4,000 and 6 or more products.
- Secure Payment: We use Shopify SECURE, a trusted e-Commerce payment platform, to process your payment securely. Shopify employs advanced encryption and security protocols to protect your data.

- We accept returns of new parts within 90 days of purchase with our no-hassle return policy.
- All returns must be pre-approved and have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) issued.
- If a returned product requires refurbishment or repackaging, it may be subject to an additional charge.
- You're responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to a Dura-Lite warehouse.
- When returning products, please ensure all original contents of the box, such as the warranty card and any other components / installation kits are included.
- Upon inspection, a credit will be issued for the invoice less any additional charges (if applicable).
- Existing Distributor return policy agreements take precedence over this policy.
