Pressure Regulator. When replacing an old Pressure Regulator, consider upgrading to a new Gauge Assembly consisting of a Pressure Regulator (DTK049), Pressure Gauge (DTK021), Valve Stem With Plastic Cap (DTK024), Pressure Relief Valve (DTK025), and Quick Coupler (DTK023 - for use with Male Connector Item # DTK004).
DTK061
Plastic Washer (for use with Clamp Assembly Item # DTK020). When replacing Plastic Washers, consider upgrading to a new Clamp Assembly (DTK020 - which includes Plastic Washer Item # DTK061).
NGO-NFIDAC-155A
Aluminum Oil Cooler (with 1 5/16” ORB Fittings on 40 3/8” [1025.5mm] centers). When replacing the old Oil Cooler, the top and bottom Mounting Brackets must be removed from the old Oil Cooler and welded onto the new Oil Cooler prior to installation.
TESTER-KIT
The Dura-Lite™ Tester-Kit™ is designed and manufactured to be used to pressure test charge air coolers safely and efficiently. The kit comes complete with everything required to pressure test most charge air coolers. With the Dura-Lite Tester-Kit, testing the charge air cooler will become as automatic as checking the oil and will give you confidence in knowing that an engine is performing at the required level.
