In an effort to extend the life of the cooler, Dura-Lite Part # US-KEDAC-13J Charge Air Cooler is manufactured with a Stiffener Bar welded/ bolted between the Inlet and Outlet Connections. On some Caterpillar applications it may be necessary to modify the Stiffener Bar to install the cooler.
