  • We will accept returns of new parts within 90 days of purchase with our no hassle return policy.
  • All returns must be pre-approved and have an RGA issued. Please contact us if you are interested in returning a recently purchased item.
  • New products that are returned and require refurbishment or repackaging may be subject to an additional charge.
  • Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to a Dura-Lite warehouse.
  • When returning products, please ensure all the original contents of the box, such as the warranty card and any other components / installation kits are included.
  • Upon inspection, a credit will be issued for the invoice less any additional charges (if applicable).
  • Existing Distributor return policy agreements take precedence over this policy.
